Fluffy, homemade sourdough pancakes made in small batches and frozen fresh so breakfast is always within reach.

Whether it's a busy Tuesday before work or a lazy Saturday with coffee in hand, these are the pancakes I keep in my own freezer because homemade shouldn't have to mean starting from scratch every time.

Breakfast isn't usually rushed.

It's coffee getting reheated because somebody started telling another story.

It's one more pancake because nobody's counting.

It's little hands reaching for syrup before anybody says grace.

These are the pancakes I make for my own family, and I'm grateful to share them with yours.

Reheating Instructions

From frozen:

• Microwave: Wrap 2–3 pancakes in a damp paper towel and heat for 45–60 seconds.

• Oven: Wrap in foil and warm at 350°F for about 10 minutes.

• Toaster: Toast on a low setting until heated through.

Ingredients

Flour, sourdough discard, whole milk, eggs, butter, sugar, vanilla extract, baking powder, baking soda, salt.

Contains: Wheat, milk, and eggs.
