Welcome to Halfway Homestead

Welcome to Halfway Homestead

Come on in. I’ll show you around.

Hey y’all.

I’m so glad you’re here.

If this is your first time visiting Halfway Homestead…

welcome.

Pull up a chair.

This website isn’t just a place to buy pancakes.

It isn’t just a garden blog.

It isn’t just where I keep my books.

It’s where all the pieces of this little life finally have a home.

🍳 What’s Cooking?

This is where you’ll find what’s coming out of my kitchen.

Recipes.

Sourdough.

Breakfast.

Farm Stand updates.

If something delicious is happening…

it’ll probably start here.

🌱 The Garden

This is where we grow together.

You’ll see what works.

You’ll definitely see what doesn’t.

I’ll show you the mistakes, the harvests, and everything in between.

📚 The Bookshelf

This room means a lot to me.

Some books were written for Jordi.

Some were written because I had questions myself.

Others are simply things I wish someone had handed me years ago.

🎥 Pull Up a Chair

This may end up becoming my favorite room.

Sometimes life doesn’t fit into a recipe or a planting guide.

Sometimes we just need to sit down together.

That’s what this space is for.

❤️ Become Part of the Homestead

I don’t send a bunch of emails.

But every once in a while…

I’ll send you a little note from the homestead.

Garden updates.

Recipes.

New books.

Maybe just something that made me smile that week.

Why “Halfway?”

People ask me why it’s called Halfway Homestead.

The answer is simple.

Most of us aren’t living on hundreds of acres.

Most of us don’t have the perfect setup.

We’re figuring it out as we go.

Growing where we are.

Learning as we learn.

Building one halfway step at a time.

That’s enough.

I don’t know exactly what Halfway Homestead will look like five years from now.

I just know it’ll keep growing.

There will be more recipes.

More gardens.

More books.

More conversations.

Probably a few mistakes.

Definitely a few laughs.

And I hope you’ll be here for all of it.

So…

Welcome home.

There’s always room for one more.

Happy Homesteading…

even if it’s just Halfway.

❤️

🌿 From My Front Porch

This week reminded me that good things usually take longer than we expect. Whether you’re growing tomatoes, rebuilding your finances, writing your first book, or just trying to get through the week… keep planting. Little by little adds up.
